TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All commissions are for personal use. For any commercial use, it can be discussed with me but the price will vary.2. Characters to be drawn a commission for must have existing references. I am currently not accepting character design commissions.3. NO cancellations or refunds will be made once I have sent the sketches, unless I for some reason deem myself unable to finish the commission (due to health, etc.)4. You are not allowed to send my unapproved sketches to other artists or yourself to refine.5. Up to 2 revisions, and any other major revisions will incur fees.

PROCESS

1. After I accept your commission, I will be sending a Paypal invoice. Payment must be made before I start on the sketch. I can accept 50% payment first upon request but I am more likely to accept commissioners who can pay in full upfront.2. I will send a sketch as soon as possible. You may request revisions for the sketching phase. Once in the coloring/rendering stage, any major changes to be made will incur additional fees depending on the complexity.3. I will update regularly with you to check in with colors, composition, etc.4. After finishing, I will be sending the HD non-watermarked file via e-mail. For sharing publicly, I will also send a lower res version with watermark upon request.Turnover: 3 weeks - 1 month after sketch approval. If I will be delayed due to some circumstances, rest assured I will update you. You may request with a deadline but there will be an additional fee.
